Spent New Year's Eve at a hotel in Bilaspur. Great location, right in the middle of the market area. We requested a room with a city view which offered a panoramic view of the bustling city. Enjoyed the massage chair which offered a much needed relaxation in the comfort of the room.
The food was mediocre with not much flavor in the dishes. the staff's response time was slow.

Spent my Christmas getaway here and it was a wonderful experience. The buffet offered a wide variety of dishes to choose from and the staff was attentive to our needs. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained and well-designed. The location was convenient, situated in the heart of the city and within walking distance to shopping centers and restaurants. I particularly enjoyed the pool and the massage services that were offered.
The hotel was quite noisy as it was located near a busy street. The bathroom could use an upgrade with better lighting and more amenities.
